1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order — no reason needed. To exercise this right, contact us at shopcozlit@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. How to Request a Return Contact us at shopcozlit@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Refund Options

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect — we cover return shipping
  • For change of mind returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • In some cases, we may offer a full refund without requiring you to return the item — we'll let you know if this applies to your order

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. If a no-return refund is granted, it will be processed within the same timeframe.

6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at shopcozlit@outlook.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no extra cost — including a full refund or replacement with no return required.
